What happens when I reach a limit?
For the month’s responses, the survey page shows a polite message to your respondents and you can upgrade to the next plan in one click. Your surveys and responses remain intact.
How does the yearly discount work?
It is 30%: Pro works out to $28 CAD per month ($336 CAD billed once a year) and Premium to $42 CAD per month ($504 CAD per year).
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your subscription management in your account. The account then returns to the Free plan.
Do my respondents pay anything?
No. They respond online, without an account.
What is the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro offers 5,000 responses per month; Premium offers unlimited responses, several team members, and custom branding and domain.
